This document sets forth the Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) of WebTView Ltd., an Israeli company (“WebTView”) for the WebTView Web Site, www.WebTView.com (including all sub-pages thereto, the
“Site”). The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Use.
Please note that by accessing or using the Site, you accept and agree to comply with this Privacy Policy and the terms described in the Terms of Use. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.
WebTView may, at any time and without prior notice, revise or modify this Privacy Policy.
Any use on your behalf of our Site subsequent to any change in this Privacy Policy, shall be considered as your consent to such changes and agreement to be bound by them.
Any capitalized terms used and not defined in the Privacy Policy are defined in the Terms of Use. The term “Third Party” in the Privacy Policy shall refer to any person or entity, which is not you, or WebTView.
Introduction to Privacy Policy
WebTView is committed to protecting your privacy while using the Site. This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of information you voluntarily submit through your use of the WebTView Site.
This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, why we collect it, and explains how it is used. By using WebTView’s Site you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described below.
WebTView’s Privacy Principles

Information Collection and Use
When you use the Site you may be required to provide us with “Personal Information” i.e. your name, company, company website, position, country, e-mail, telephone number, areas of interest, how you heard about us and comments. Your Personal Information is used to analyze trends and to measure the number of entries to the Site and shall not be disclosed to Third Parties unless you have consented to same or this is otherwise required as detailed below.
Although we will use reasonable effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose information, including personally identifiable information, when required by law if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on WebTView and/or the Site. We will notify you of such actions where reasonable and permitted by law.
Change of Ownership or Other Business Transition
In the event WebTView goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition or the sale of all or substantially all of its assets (a “Business Transition”), the WebTView servers containing Personal Information will be, in most instances, part of the assets transferred. In such event, WebTView’s custody of Personal Information will be transferred subject to all the terms and restrictions in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Following a Business Transition, WebTView or its successors will continue to use Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which such information was collected. If, however, we plan to use Personal Information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via e-mail and/or through a notice on our Web Site or other appropriate methods. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use Personal Information in this different manner. Whether or not you wish to have Personal Information used in this different manner, you will retain ownership rights to Personal Information.
Cookies
In order to improve the Site, we use “cookies” when you are logged into the Site using your e-mail address and password. A cookie is a piece of data that is transferred to your browser by a Web server. It functions as your computer’s identification token and enables WebTView to personalize your experience when you are logged in to the Site. If you reject the cookie, you may not be able to use certain features of the Site.
Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. (For some Web pages that require an authorization, cookies are not optional. Users choosing not to accept cookies will probably not be able to access those pages.)
While WebTView uses cookies to enable you to use the Site, and our Web servers automatically log the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of your computer, your domain and browser type, WebTView does not use this information to identify you.
Member Communications
We may send all users confirmation e-mails verifying the ownership of the e-mail addresses.
Users may occasionally receive information on WebTView products, services, news and events. Out of respect for your privacy, we present you with the option to not receive these communications.
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement which is not promotional in nature. This announcement may notify you of changes to the Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Use.
Links
The Site contains, links to other Sites. Please be aware that WebTView is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other Sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Site or otherwise link to other Sites, to read the privacy policies of each and every Site that collects personally identifiable information. WebTView’s Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by the Site.
Children’s Privacy
WebTView is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The Site is not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 13. WebTView does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and WebTView does not target its Site to children under 13.
Government Authority
You should be aware that, as with all legal contracts, our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy could be amended, terminated or modified without the consent of you and/or WebTView by judicial proceeding, court order, in connection with bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings, or pursuant to other government action. When reasonable and lawful, we will notify you if this occurs.
Miscellaneous
This Privacy Policy is governed and construed according to the laws of the State of Israel, notwithstanding any conflicts of law. If you access the Site from another jurisdiction, be aware that you are the sole responsible for compliance with laws applicable to such access. If any part of this Privacy Policy is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement relating to the subject matter herein between WebTView and you and may be modified, by WebTView as described above.
Security and Confidentiality
Personal Information resides on a firewall-protected server that only selected WebTView personnel have access to via password. WebTView strives to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing Personal Information.
