Eli Fux – CEO & Co-Founder

Mr. Fux brings over 25 years of experience in the networking and communications industry, gained in both start-up and large, established companies. Prior to founding WebTView, Mr. Fux served as VP Sales at Jungo Ltd., a technology leader in residential gateway software platforms that was acquired by NDS  (NASDAQ: NNDS) in December 2006. Before that, Mr. Fux was a co-founder and Vice-President of Marketing & Sales at RADLAN, a leading provider of enterprise networking software, that was acquired by Marvell (NASDAQ: MRVL) in February 2003. After the acquisition, Mr. Fux served as a Senior Director of Business Development at Marvell Semiconductor Inc., a technology leader in the development of extreme broadband communications and storage solutions.

Nadav Kedem - CTO & Co-Founder

Mr. Kedem has over 30 years of leadership experience, having led the design and development of sophisticated projects in various fields in leading high tech companies. Prior to founding WebTView, Mr. Kedem served as CTO of StoreWize, a provider of storage compression solutions. Before that, he served as the Director of R&D at EMC Israel (NYSE: EMC), a world leader in information storage systems, software, networks and services. Earlier positions include managing the Development department of Arel Communication and various senior R&D positions. Mr. Kedem holds an MSc and BA degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Tel-Aviv University.

Vlad Drukker – Chief Architect & Co-Founder

Mr. Drukker brings WebTView a unique mixture of technical skills and market vision. Prior to founding WebTView, Mr. Drukker acted as a technology specialist, owning a consulting business since 2005. Mr. Drukker specializes in open source software and many Linux distributions are running his code. Mr. Drukker worked for a number of early stage startups and founded a couple of open source projects that were referenced by Internet2 consortium, SANS Institute and Syngress press. Mr. Drukker wrote his first computer program at the age of 11 using odd ZX Spectrum clone and a cassette tape recorder.

Gilad Brand – VP Marketing

Mr. Brand brings over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and networking industry. Prior to joining WebTView, Mr. Brand served as the Director of Product Marketing and Business Development at Jungo Ltd., a technology leader in residential gateway software platforms that was acquired by NDS (NASDAQ: NNDS) in December 2006. Before that, he served as a Director of Product Marketing at TTI Telecom (NASDAQ: TTIL), a leading global provider of OSS and BSS systems. Before joining TTI Telecom, Mr. Brand was the head of the Telecom Management Division at Xor Technologies and prior to that, Mr. Brand held senior R&D positions in both start -up and large, established companies. Mr. Brand holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Hadar Tal – Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Mr. Tal brings years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Marketing within telecommunication companies. His expertise is in creating and developing business territories and customer relationship. Prior to WebTView, Hadar served as Vice President of worldwide Sales of Siverge Networks. Before that, he served as Director of Sales at Surf Communication Solutions. Hadar also served at Marvell Semiconductors as Regional Sales Manager and prior to that at RADLAN Computer Communication, which was acquired by Marvell, as a Director of Sales and Business Development. Prior to RADLAN, Hadar served in senior Product Business Manager roles at Avaya (spun off from Lucent), Lucent Technologies and Lannet (acquired by Lucent). Hadar holds a BSc in Computer Science (cum laude) from the New York Institute of Technology, New York, USA.
